JARVIS Nest Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 23, 2026

• What is accessed: Only the owner's own Google Nest device data (thermostats and doorbell events), accessed through Google's Smart Device Management (SDM) API with the owner's explicit consent.
• How it is used: Solely to show the owner their devices' status and to adjust their own devices at their request.
• Sharing: The data is not sold, not shared with third parties, and not used for advertising.
• Storage: OAuth tokens and any device data are stored privately on the owner's own machine.
• Revoking access: The owner can revoke access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions or https://nestservices.google.com/partnerconnections.
• Google API data: JARVIS Nest's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
